belt flipped!!
I have a 400 scrambler that had the belt flipped , so I put it on right and took it for a spin. Lasted for a while, but when I started to get to top speed it flipped again, it is kinda loose I think(just comes right off by hand ). Belt does have some plugs out of it, so I was wondering if that would cause the 4wheeler to jerk a little when you try to take off at low throttle, but if you hammer it is goes fine. One more thing... is the chain drive 4 wheel system do ok as far as little trouble?
Still fairly new to the Polaris', but like what they have ! Pulls Hondas out real good! lol

Sounds like you need a new belt. If it is missing chunks out of it then it most certainly will cause a jerking motion. As far as the chain drive goes, as long as you keep the chains adjusted properly and lubed, then they are fine. They just require a little more maintence than the shaft drives
