PRIMARY CLUTCH HELP!!!!
Kurt, buy a polaris blue spring and put the 55 weights back in it. The blue has about 40lbs more engagement pressure and will push up the stall just a little bit and let the motor come into power more for a much harder takeoff. The top pressure is the same as the silver and will let the clutch shift out the same. The weights were cut on the inside to let them "tuck under" and get a little more engagement. Get that blue and give it a try before you do anything else.

PRIMARY CLUTCH HELP!!!!
Bubba, would it be alright if I can call you so I can better understand everything and I can explain my problems? If so PM me with number and a good time I can call. Im sure you are very busy and dont want to bother you. I have had problems getting everything tuned since day one. I think I just now got my jetting right. It runs great and plug color is perfect. Now I just need help on clutching. Thanks for your help and time.
