I own a 1997 polaris sport 400, i went riding recently, when i started out, the bike ran great, better than it ever had, i just put a new belt, changed all fluids, but when i really opened it up the temp. light came on, i was about to shut it off, when the bike quit. i have had this problem before, i have the fan running off a switch, not to the sensor, i think that might be the problem or a short somewhere. where can i get a picture of how the fan and all wires on circut board should be hooked up.

 

Get yourself a manual,it will have the wiring diagram in it.
