Default starter keeps spinning/stays enguaged...

just brought home brand new 330 Trailboss, noticed after about 6th time starting machine, the starter stayed enguaged...
This was when my wife was starting it, so naturally I assumed she must have been doing something wrong, except no
it does it every time we start it, and it doesn't seem to be the starter switch sticking. Did we get a bad starter from the
factory???

I am having the same problem on my 03 Trailboss. (1 month old leftover)
The starter drive hangs up after the motor starts.

I noticed today that the idle is a little low, and that if I rev it up immediatly when it fires it doesn't stick.
I'm going to adjust the idle speed after we get a few more miles on it to see if that helps.
