Default Clutch Holes?????

The model is an 04 scrambler. It does have ebs, and I set the spring back to where it came out of, 1-1. If I switch it to 2-2 I will lose ebs? Preload?!?!?! I just put it back together and it seems to be running great. Is there something I should do before I go back out with it? Maybe take it back apart and preload it? How is that done? Thanks again!!!!!
