Well I found a magnetic rock with the trailboss on Saturday I rip the a-arm and shock off of it at about 40MH got to take my first ride in a helicopter. All they said was wrong was heavy bruising of my leg it’s black from my knee to my hip. I got all the parts ordered today at about 450.00 but couldn’t see paying 75.00 for a rim I was wandering if some one has a extra one for a 2001 laying around in the garage I could barrow for a fee

It was a ride I was following my son on a gravel road just out of his dust came around a corner and hit a pocket of dust and lost it in the turn. I drifted it to the left ditch and hit a bolder with the outside of the rim ripped the a-arm off at the frame and broke the top bolt off of the shock broke the brake handle off and bent the foot rest. I landed about 20 feet from impact atv 45 feet wheel and shock 55 feet

Glad to hear you weren't hurt badly. I'm sure you're gonna be sore for a while. I don't know what rocks have against the Boss, had one on Memorial Day weekend take out my chain and sprocket. Hope the recovery goes well, and your back riding soon.
The only rims I have are still attached (no pun intended)(well ok, maybe just a little) to my quad. If you can't find one, see if your dealer has an old spare or there's alway Ebay.

 

Hate to hear about your accident man.....I hope you get better soon so you can hop back on the boss....that sounds like a nasty crash though....get better man............and I would try ebay if you have no luck on the forum

 

theres always some cheap ones on ebay. rockymontain has some for like 22 each for douglas 190's

my friend did about the same thing on his scrambler on Saturday going around a right turn and a log was sticking out about a foot in the path caught the right wheel and sent it into the floor board. and through him about 25 feet in front of the ATV.he need a a-arm,shock and a rim but he was not hurt except for his pride and pocket book
