does anybody know whats the cheapest price for a new primary clutch, in canadian $, and is located/will ship to canada. just checked the belt to see what was making the weird sound inside the case, and saw the clutch was broken halfway threw, btw its for a 1999 scrambler 500 h.o.

Is it cheaper just to get a new comet primary clutch than to get a replacement stock one, or does anybody know of a used one for sale?

i have a comet clutch for sale that has very little use on it ,I paid 679.00 plus tax at royal for it about a year ago, I think they are alittle cheaper now 525.00 I believe, bought it for my 400 xplorer it seemed to work good but I ended up selling the 400 and bought a 500 ho ,I will sell it for 250.00 cdn. I live in the Belleville Ontario area.

G'day, I have a 99 Scrambler 400 and it keeps turning my belts into dust after a couple rides.
Pretty sure it's because the primary clutch sleeves are worn out. What do you guys think?
And do any of you have a primary clutch in good condition you want to sell? I live in NB Canada.
