I think the UFO is for round slide carbs but I could be wrong.

Brambles Lets us know how it works. I have a 500HO carb on my 700.

If you look Here you will see # 9 which is your slide and its not round and I think the UFO'S are for round slide but then again I could be wrong.

Brambles. Noticed you have both the dyno-jet and the dial-a-jet. Do they work well together? I was wondering about the UFO also. i looked at it and it looks interesting. At least in theory, anyway. Let me know how the springs and weights do, also. I have the HSP kit and I am considering maybe a weight change. I have a worn shim I'm getting ready to replace on the drive clutch and if that don't fix my rpm problem I am having I may change weights. You sound like you're a lot like me...lol. Mine looks just like yours, windshield and all. I am considering a set of Vision wheels, 7" front and 8" on rear with the Holeshot ATR's.

hey sportsman70003! you are looking at the wrong number. look at number 31. 700 and 500 carbs are both round.

I have never had the slide out so I don't know if the indentation in the bottom is a complete circle or not, you would know better than I.
I have a bunch of parts that are pending installation, including both the dial a jet and the dyno jet. I am waiting for 1. them to arrive and 2. A dry day when I can accuratly test each product as I install them.

Keep ya posted

I have been tuning my HO carb today and had the carb off 6 or 7 times adjusting the needle & the mixture screw. The slide is flat on one side and round on the other. keep us posted

I have a UFO in my carb. As far as any hp gains, I don't know how well it improved. I did see a big difference in throttle response and easy starting. It was a pain in the a$$ to get jetted properly. Mostly because of the location of the carb. I very seldom have to use the choke to get it to fire up now. I did notice a little better fuel economy also. I guess all that I can tell you is, follow the instructions you get with the kit and fine tune from there. I think it was worth the few dollars it cost. Oh ya, guess I should tell you it is in the Sport not the Boss!!
