Moving Sportsman floorboards
I got Bi/Tri Claws too. The left only rubs when i hit something big. I busted edge of the floorboard behind the front wheel and put it back together with sheet metal and pop rivets. since it's not completely flush, i guess that's the difference. If i can move them a little bit then all should be fine. I might just put back the Rawhides and throw the tires on the 800.

Moving Sportsman floorboards
I had a friend tell me how he did his this is what he wrote
Hey sp, I moved my floorboards back 1" by making 4 3/16 steel plates and bolting those to the stock holes and then drilling new holes for the floorboards its real trick and eliminates all rubbing. Some guys re-drill the holes in the boards but I thought that was kinda hokey. This setup just gives the boards a new place to bolt to!!
