I called down to rath racing today, talked with Darrel Rath, ask him about them putting heat shields on there new head pipes, and he said they are working on it as we spoke, so if you decide to go with there head pipe you can ask them to put the heat shield on before they ship.... i mentioned about the many people buning there pants on them the way they are know, also he told me that the hp gain is 1.5 to 2 hp ,, but it gives alot more tourqe and role on accelration ,, so we will see???????????

 

This is the best news I have heard in a long time!!!! I will not say anymore.

 

Seems like they woulda made the heatsheilds the same time they made the head pipes...

are they going to charge for the shield. or are they going to be nice to all the people who melted there pants like me and ship them out for free.
