The problems with Geckos are they heavy, the cracass is rigid, they have a very small paddle surface, the paddles are short. They are better than no paddles, but they would be one of my last choices. SandSkates are good, but there are several clones that are almost as good and much cheaper. Sand Stars are great and most SkatTraks are great.
