I have a 96 Sportsman 500 and would like to consider changing it over to black plastic. I have at least one piece that's somewhat needing replacement anyway, so I thought i might try one piece at a time. I just can't seem to find plastic that'll fit. Is it available anywhere?

 

The only way you can get plastic is from Polaris. No one else makes them. Partslans also has Parts but they are a Polaris company.

 

thumper, the black off the 02 700 should work. we put the silver off the 500 (colored panel kit from polaris) on an 02 700 for a guy to make it different for him and then he had graphics made for it. looked pretty good.
