I sent in my letter. That site is real pathetic! All the facts are 15 years old! It is real disturbing to see to what lengths the justice system can be manipulated and abused. Trust me, I have been in buisness for 5 years and spent my share of time with my lawyers. Thare are so many rats out there!!!!!!!

 

I sent him a nice long letter last night. I will post the letter and the reply tonight if he responded. I didn't get to explicit in this letter. If you responds back in some smart @ss way, I will get a little nastier. Keep sending him emails.

 

I just received a response. It was short and sweet. All he did was dodge the questions. Too bad that there are people out there that can stoop that low, as to try and make a buck off of anybody! Thats the price we all pay for being in capitalist countries!!!

The legal profession is out of control. It's not about JUSTICE or what's FAIR anymore, just who has the most money to wrangle the system. Judges are lawyers in black robes, talk about letting the fox watch the chicken coop.
Lawyers hurt this country's competitiveness in the world market, they produce nothing and destroy lives. This country graduates many more lawyers than engineers, or other creative disciplines. I guess there is not enough work to go around so lawyers are trying to make work for themselves with all these class action suits. Class Action Suits are great for lawyers, they collect 40 percent of the settlement (plus inflated expenses) leaving thousands of plaintiffs to share the scraps of what's left, if there is any left. These large class action suits only benefit the lawyers involved.
Doctors and hospitals kill and maim over 120,000 ( a lot more than ATV accidents) every year, why not pick on them. Please leave the ATV industry alone. ATV's used responsively have saved farmers millions of dollars, brought the handicapped to places outdoors than they would not normally have access to, and bring pleasure to thousands. You now see and opportunity to profiteer from other peoples SELF INFLICTED misery in the ATV arena. This case will only benefit you and your firm, could you please find a conscience and drop the this action against the ATV industry.
Don't waste the standard response of all the good lawyers do for the poor folk...rightttttt, get a grip, do some soul searching and change your profession.
