Default It's nice to be back to the real world

I just got back from Key West, Florida and all I can say is wow. although it is freakin cold and snowy here in Michigan I have to say it's nice to be back in the real world. I went out there for work (General Motors) to do some test and development work on the new 07/08' vehicles so I worked most of the day but that's ok because the parties start and night in the Keys and it was spring break too. the ladies were flockin and the beers were flowing all week. I went for 8 days and was drunk for 7 of them which was all good. the girls were unbelievable and the stuff they will do for beads or cash is crazy. one night I went to a place called the bear bottom beach club which was a bar but if you go through to the back and out the patio doors it was girls gone wild baby. it started out as a wet T-shirt contest but then woops there went the bottoms. the contestants did what they had to to win just a measly $150. I ate shrimp and lobster and oysters and clams and everything else in the damn ocean, they even serve dolphin and grouper. I can't even explain how much fun I had in Key West but I would have to imagine that some of you know what I am talking about. I will have to upload the pics from my camera and put them in my photo bucket gallery so you can all see.

Well I guess we know why the '07/'08s will be big terds!!!LOL Plenty of space for your coolers. Just so everyone knows, the Dolphin they are serving is not the mammal kind. It's related to the Dorado (Mahi Mahi) in the Pacific. I want to go now. PicsPicsPics!!!!!!!!

I lived in Daytona Beach for 8 years, can we say 'spring break'....don't know how I made it work most mornings. When I was working second shift, a friend and myself would take our jet ski's to the beach, ride around in the ocean, go eat at the 'Oyster Bar' for lunch and get back, shower and go to work....that was a daily occurence, many of the times hitting the beach bars after work....

sounds like you had fun....the only thing I miss about Florida is Scuba Diving and spearfishing....and of course all the bikini's....

Did you go back to work and tell them how hard the job was? (this would be to explain the tiredness after your vacation err.... i mean R&D trip, ya thats it) I would ask if you at least drank a cold one for us, but I think you answered that. Can't wait to see the evidence..... I meant pics.

well I am on second shift now at work so I actually just got home. I am going to have to get back into the swing of things after this past week, I have a few weeks till the Hatfield McCoy trip on April 19th. we still have two spots left in the almighty Hemi if anyone is interested. I may drive a Dodge now but would really like to have another 91-92' S-10 pickup to be honest with ya. I love the power of the Hemi and the stock 20" wheels but the rest of the truck is a piece of junk. I do have a few tips for anyone that maybe waiting on the new silverado or tahoe to come out. the tip is that they are freakin ugly. GM changed the dash design again and this time they made it completely flat other than the half round instrument cluster which sticks up on the drivers side. at this point in time I still can't see all the body panels due to all the leather panel covers but the body may be a bit nicer, guess we'll have to wait and see.
