I have an 04.5 sportsman 600, the awd is always engaged no matter if the switch is on or off. The only time it isn't on is if I put it in 2wd and reverse. I have changed the fluid twice and am thinking about going in and checking the inside of the front housing. Any help and or diagrams will help.
