Default Pred problems

My friend has an 02 pred with hardly any seat time on it, mainly because its been in the shop everytime he rode it. About 8 months ago third gear decided to take a $h!t. Tore up a bunch of other stuff pretty good too. The first time he brought it out this spring he droped a valve...........F#c*ked everything over pretty well. But when he put it away everything was in spec. Loaded it up, took it to the shady local polaris dealer ( Anyone in NY buying a polaris, stay away from TC sports!) and well it was on the truck he noticed his frame was cracked. Dealer claims its from jumping to much but alls we do is trails. My old KFX had a far weaker frame then that and I hit doubles 3 times bigger then anything he's hit. This is not all thats gone wrong with it, just the big things. He wrote polaris and told them everything thats happened with it. Anyone know what they will do or if they will do anything? Has anyone else had these problems?

Thanks

I'm sure you meant to type that it is an '03. There were a few first year burps, but Polaris established itself by standing behind a vast majority of the repairs.....some even far out of warranty. That was a while back, so with your buddies '03, you should understand that it is far beyond anything Polaris could be held accountable for. Be professional, and polite, they might help....ya never know.
