I just rebolted my motor into the frame of my scrambler 400 2x4.

Now I need to alighn my clutches, my dealer let me borrow the tool to align them but I am not sure how to use it. I have searched and printed off some posts but can't seem to figure out how the alignment tool hooks up to the primary like I keep reading.

I have the plastic part of the back clutch cover off but still have the metal ring that bolts to the motor and seal attached to the bike. Do these need to be removed?

any one that knows how to use the tool please help.
