You must not know much about how politicians and the market have in common. Gas Prices used to be 1.40 when Clinton was in office(was republican, but back then that was expensive) ever since 9/11 they gone out the roof, and dodges 6 cyliners arent girly engines either, they are up around 400 cubes. Dodges are gas hogs, and i dont care who you are or what you think, its the truth. Chevy doesnt make an 8 liter and put it cars you can buy at a dealership. Thats a 480... yea right... the new corvettes only have 7 liters and they are 427's, but they get 18 mpg believe it or not. Yes, dodges sales are down from previous years, and they arent showing any sign of stopping. not saying its going to happen anytime soon, but it could. I see that the hemi is popular, but gas for that flucker is gonna cost $200 a week if you drive it everyday. hemis get around 8 mpg... and they only have 350's(5.7L) dodge has alot of popular cars, but theyre gas guzzlers.

I have an 05 F-150 FX4 love this truck. Power is great and the styling in my opinion can't be matched, especially the interior. It feels like your sitting in a Mustang. Anyway for those of you who are running the 5.4, I have a few mods that worked really well for power and fuel milage. First of install a K&N filter system, put more air in there. Then I put a full Roush exhaust. This combo added a descent increase in power but also improved the MPG by 4MPG. Stock I was getting roughly 17MPG on the highway (most of my travel time is highway 30miles one way to work). After a few simple mods I'm up to 21MPG not bad for a full size 300+H.P. super cab
