Idle adjusting problem ??

Default Idle adjusting problem ??
Wright now on my 1998 Scrambler 400 I have the idle screw turned in all the way... And the motor just "barely" idles at a normal rpm?? This doesn't seem normal, What could be wrong?? Thanks!!!
