Default CV joint

ive got a question that it seems like nobody can answer. is the front yoke/shaft/cv joint/ hub splines and everything the same on a 1992 trail boss as to a 1999 polaris scrambler 500 4x4 any respond would be awesome.

The Trailboss has a cv joint with a key way and the Scrambler has a cv joint with a splines shaft through the hub. Check out www.Polarisind.com or www.partsland.com for some good microfiche on these items. PM if you need any help on these.

The older ones were always breaking the keys so I assume that is why they changed over to the splines.

I'm not sure if that was the reason. But the newer ones use an oil bath for the hub assembly. So he shaft are totally different.
