Yea the atv wants to move at idle. I have the idle rpms turned down to 950 and it still creeps.

Check the belt deflection and make sure it's right, sometimes even on a new belt it needs to be set. You add or remove shims from between the driven clutch halves to adjust it.....

Well I got the NON-EBS belt on and the deflection is real tight and causing it to creep. The belt is barely going down in the secondary causing the belt to be to tight. I have a EBS Team roller secondary does anyone know if I can install shims inside it for more belt defection?

I don't think you can shim the roller driven, I didn't realize your were running that. So you got 2 choices with what you have, longer belt or shorten the distance between the clutches...

Well with this NON-EBS belt I can push the belt down it the secondary and make it have alot of deflection but it still creeps. Its kinda wierd I can push the belt down in the secondary and as long as I hold up on the bottom of the belt (While the atv is running) between the 2 clutchs it don't creep as soon as I let go it goes to creeping. Its like my primary is to high or my secondary is to low. I'm running out of things to try .

Your slightly moving the belt forward by pushing up on the bottom, you have to do whatever it takes to get the proper belt deflection and belt to shieve clearance in the primary. A 1/4" longer belt would probably do it but you'll have to try and measure it up. Cut an old belt in half and loop it around the clutches, then use a piece of flat stock and a couple of visegrips to set the gap in the belt till you get the proper belt deflection (1 1/8") add the gap measurment to the length of the stock belt and find a belt that length.

Engineering your own setup always creates a challenge but the end result can be accomplished just keep at it......

Whats bad is I can push the belt down it the secondary and make it have 2 1/2" to 3" of deflection and it still creeps. I think I might just sale the new NON-EBS primary and buy a new 800 primary.

Not much more I can tell you, may be an alignment issue still. Maybe have a good dealer tech look at it, your not going to be very happy if you end up with the same problem on the 800 clutch also. I think it should work if you can find the right setup....
