Default 800 Snow Plow

I am going to purchase a snow plow for my SP 800---Does anyone have any suggestions? I am thinking about the new 54" cyclone from Warn. I live in an area that gets about 250 inches of snow a year.

The glacier plow system is worth every penny. But I haven't tried any of the other brands, so I can't say anything about them. Just know that the glacier plow is very easy to use and very tough. The blade is a little short, though, but with the rubber deflector it works well.

i use a 48" on a scrambler 500.
if you have a small drive way and sidewalks 48 is great but for anything else i would go bigger.
also in my area we get alot of snow and you run out of places to put it. you will definitly need a winch lift so you can push the snow over the banks. manual lift will not cut it. my snow banks were atleast 10 feet last year.

Yeah, if you plan on using the quad to do all your plowing, make sure early in the season you push the snow WAY back, so you have room to push it as it piles up. No matter how powerful your ATV is, it does not have the weight to move a snowbank like a 7000 pound pickup can.

I use my sp500's for a small plow business and now have two glacier plows one 46 and one 48 whith the small winch they are the best and hold up. I have about 25 acounts and go out an avg of 3 times a week with no problems or extra mantince to the plow or the quad I buy new Quads evey two years but keep the plow system

You mean a 48 and a 60"? Or a 54? Either way, its good to hear they are reliable for commercial use.
