This is a fraud . Put it on your watch list and see what happens. He will soon be "no longer a registered user". Notice there are zero bids. The deal is, you send money, end of deal. These show up regularly. You don't get something for nothing but you could get nothing for something!

Like I said
"this is a steal".
You can't hear my voice on the internet
to hear me say, "Too bad I just bought my 500"
while rolling my eyes and dripping with scarcasm.
If eBay would actually cooperate with the FBI we could cook alot of these losers.
The funny part to me was "Only qualified bidders will be allowed to bid!"
Yeah, like a bidder in the USA because he's in Bangladesh!
www.FBI.gov has a whole division dedicated to internet fraud.
I've gotten rid of a lot of bogus eBayers.
Last year a guy was selling bogus Suzuki bike parts.
He'd been there 2 years, and the Feds got rid of him 2 weeks after I reported him.

I've seen ATV's & PWC on ebay FROM OUR DEALER. Someone comes in and takes digital pictures, and writes down the Vin#, then puts it on e-bay with full information including our dealer name and sales guys names! Even put our phone number! They know most people won't actually call if they're on e-bay. But the few that are skeptical and do call at least tip us off to get the auctions taken down.
Like said before, if it's too good to be true...then it is. And if they have 0 feedback, or 0 selling feedback, be very skeptical!
