Default Who has the most milage on Sportsman 700 EFI?

I have a 2004 Sportsman 700efi with 2500 miles. Steering stem bushing was loose and the shifter bushing is worn. Simple fixes. I am concerned about the mileage. How many miles do you have on your 700efi and what problems did you have if any?

I only have 820 on my 700efi but had 3800 on my 500 h.o. Starter bendix and starter was the only problems I had.

That makes me feel so much better. I guess 2500 miles is not even broken in yet.

I have 1834 on my 9 month old ’05 700 EFI (it’ll be well over 2000 after this weekend). The two ball joints and five tie rod ends I’ve replaced I blame on big aggressive tires (ran 28s for a while). Other than that, the handlebar kill switch crapped out (probably too many direct hits with the pressure washer to blast off mud). I sheared a front axle (tires + torque) and had three ripped CV boots. Brake pads oil and gas round out the list.
