Default Chirping noise....

My 2004 700 is making a "chirping" noise from the clutch at low to mid rpm's. Does mine have clutch buttons? If so can they be going out? What could be the problem? It doesnt do it all the time and when it does make the chirp, it goes away at higher speeds or rpms......help?!?! Thanks

Maybe the belt is slipping. Try a new belt. If that's not it, it's always good to have a back up belt anyway.

I had the same thing on my trailboss 330 and all it was is the belt dust getting into the clutch. I blew it out with compressed air and it went away. You would be surprised to see how much dust can build up in there.
