08 500 Ho carb, around 20 rail road bed miles on it, end of last weekends maiden voyage it started to chirp constantly when on throttle, doesn't do it at idle, sounds like it comes from the right side (sitting on it), does it in all gears, neutral too. Sounds maybe motor related, would a bad bearing be chirping like that? Could it just be a dummy fix and a loose bolt or something like that, Anyone ever had this issue, going to take it the dealer tommorow just so they are aware so if they send me on my way and it does end up being bad, I can say told ya so.
I bought the quad in Jan with the factory 6 month warranty, Had snow until April and trails just opened last week, really got my warrantys worth.

mag425...Check your heat shields it's on the right side, mine rattled and squeaked really bad but fixed now.

 

Ride the heck out of it and get any warranty items fixed ASAP. Polaris won't touch it 1 second after the warranty expires!
