I finally took my 05 500 HO into the dealer to find out why I was burning belts and loosing power. They said that the primary clutch is shot, they said something about the EBS being shot and that something wore into the sheave. They said they applied for warranty for it, but it was rejected saying that the quad was used improperly, not using low when I should have.

I always use low when it is required. My machine is not even a year old and they won't warranty the clutch because they think it was used improperly, That is pretty sad.

 

That sounds like Polaris BS to me. They can't tell if you use hi or lo. Who ever told you that must of been hi.
