I dont think your trail blazer has that grease fitting. My son has a 99 and it doesnt. Its only on models that have the brakes on the tranny.

i checked my chain and there is a busted o ring(i dont know if that would make the noise)

im gunna check the chain in the case to see if thats it.

The only thing i still dont get is if it is the chain in the case, or the pistons or what ever, why it doesnt make ithe noise when propped up, only when ur actually giving it gas when riding.

it might just be me, but do you know exactly what you are doing??

and for my opinion, i would check the axel carrier. the bearing in there could of totally worn out to were all thats left in the carrier if the race to the bearing. which would make noises, and, if you keep adjsuting your chain, it would make the chain seem like it is getting more loose every time u ride, becuase you would pull the axel due to the free play in the carrier.

anyone else think of this?

You are right. I was assuming it was the same as an Xplorer but I just looked at the parts diagram for it.
