I've searched and cannot find a clear answer.

What exactly does the reverse overrride button do? How does it keep the motor from reving? I'd like to disable this on my 03 2wd trailblazer 250. How can I disable this?

 

Whats wrong with just pushing in the button.
Anyway just take a pull tie ratcheting type strap. (You know the real small electrical type ones), and hold down the button and ratchet shut.

 

pop the front hood off,look for the black wire that goes into a black box that has three or more wires coming out of it. the black wire is the one you would want to unplug form the box.

 

yup just unplug the wires be carefull though goin fast in reverse
