wouldnt hurt to blow the belt dust out of the clutch w/ some air if u can. would could use a souring pad to scruff up the plates as well and i always clean the weight surfaces and rollers if u can.

How do you clean the weight surfaces and rollers?
And I know what the weights are but not the roller? Do I use acetone on them too?
Oh, and I have blown out my clutches with hi-pressure air. I recommend turning a fan on behind you before you blow all the belt dust away as it can make a good dust cloud without it. They may look clean until you start blowing.

(Quote) I would have to say it's his fault not hers. He should have known better than to let a woman ride his ride.....LMAO. Brings back memories of the 1st time my wife wanted to ride my Xtreme Pitbike. She hops on it and I told her to give it a little gas then let out the clutch slowly. Well she revs her to the moon and as I'm yelling stop! (she can't hear me because that little 107 cc with the pipe is loud as hell) she dumps the clutch. Up comes the front end and over she goes to the left getting one huge grass stain on her jeans. Funny thing was she actually managed to pull in the clutch and keep it running, pick it back up, and away she went that quick like she was a pro and she was smiling even. It was her first time on a bike. Once I realized she was ok me and my brother who witnessed it were laughing so hard I think we were both in tears. Man I wish I had that one on video. Speaking of looping it my brother just got his 4 yr old boy one of those mini 90cc quads from Raceway Atv this week. He didn't dial down the throttle enough for his 1st ride, and when he nailed it the front end came up on it, came down and he swerved and just missed a tree. His wife let out a shriek that could have been heard for miles. Looks like a really impressive machine for $660.00 shipped to your door. Nice fasteners and well built. The shocks are a little stiff. He got his first ride on video though . Wish I had my wifes too. Brian
