Thats dirty pool by not disclosing using the winch price to lower your quad price. Recommend sitting out front their business on the public sidewalk with a "beware of the winch scam" sign until they make things right with you. You could alway inform them of your plans as a last resort, but a call to Polaris central would be enough for me to hold up a friendly sign in front of their business.
