bias opinion but, look at the scrambler 400 2x4. They go on ebay for 1,000 to 2,000 dollars, have a wonderfull automatic, very high horse power engine that is EXTREMLY modable! and they will go anywhere!!!!!!!!!! And i dont care what it is if you dont keep up on the maintinance your asking for it to break down. I'm 6'3" 280 and the scrammy is wonderfull, i will never shift gears again, ever.

I don't care for the Outty 800 & you know that I know a little about them because of the video (Grizz's video) of us riding in the water & mudd with our bud who owns it. I don't like the design of the air box because the intake snorkel drops below the air box, what idiot came up with that design??????? And yes he was following right behind me & my SP800 & he took water into the engine. He has also had it back to the shop 3 times for electrical & clutch problems. I took a couple of rides on it, it's fast as hell & seems nimble for trail use but the ride is no where near as smooth as the SP800. I guess it's all in what you want out of your quad, but like I said, as far as my use and what I do to my SP 800 (3032 trouble free miles-ask Grizz) .................The Outty 800.....Not interested............
