My son's predator 90 was stock from christmas till april when he started racing motocross. Now it has a open element air filter from No-toil. This seriously improved the breathing. I had to rejet the carb and could not find the jet's at the time so i drilled them a little at a time. I would not reccomend this. It is kinfd of risky. It has Boysen reeds, Douglas rear rims for a wider stance. 2" spacers all of the way around. So the rear is 7 inches wider and the front is 4 inches wider. I changed the rear sprocket to a one of a kind from sidewinder for better acceleration and holeshot. I have added a zerk fitting to the rear carrier for lubing the axle. Then eventhogh all of the govenors were removed I was still hitting the factory rev limiter said to be around 5000 - 6000 RPM's. So I replaced the cdi with a unit that has no revlimiter. I picked up another 1000 rpms or so. When it can breathe through a proper carb, intake and exhaust it is said that it will spin 12000 - 14000rpms and hold together. It has aftermarket Handle bars and grips. It is one of the few orange ones out there and this one has been made to look like the General Lee #01. We are looking to go to premix as the factory resevior leaks all of the time. We are also relocating the battery to make room for the new exhaust. If anyone has any feed back let me know. So far it is still quite versitle. We go trail riding in the woods and dry creek bed every other weekend.

I just use one of those little sports airhorns that you can buy at Walmart....its bungied to my handlebars, but you can get a 12 volt horn kit at montanajacks.com.

 

The predator 90 comes with a little horn from the factory. We are actually looking for a "dixie" horn like the General Lee had.
