Why would you want to be in 4wd on snow packed roads when 2wd is much more fun for that type of riding.I would not want Polaris to change to much about there 4wd system or we may not see results like these again.http://www.atvconnection.com/atvconn.../nyatvpull.cfm They must be doing something right that the other have not caught on to yet.

If you have ever ridden a properly tuned/modified Scrambler 400 on a snow covered road, you would understand why 4 wheel drive is fun. You can attack corners much faster than in 2 wheel drive, and acceleration is also much better. You don't just fishtail, you can actually slide sideways and it feels a little more crazy! The most fun I've had on my scrambler is in 4 wheel drive. I get going down a 1/2 mile ice drag strip with the throttle pinned and do a couple doughnuts. Now that is a rush!!! not possible in 2 wheel drive.
