07 sportsman 700fi

Anyone have trouble getting the plugs out. I've tried 2 plug sockets,neither worked,I even tried the wrench supplied in the toolkit. What's the trick?

5/8's sparkplug socket works fine for me

On my 03 I remove them both from the right side, I use the supplied plug wrench but put the correct size wratchet wrench on the top to turn it, seems to work better.
