I have been struggling with getting the front wheels to engauge, and have tried all I can think of - I replaced the speedo with a new one, and have checked all of the switches. This ATV was operated without the battery for awhile, and I am wondering if the voltage regulator is gone also. Can anyone help me with this problem?

check if powers getting to the hubs and have you checked the hub fluid

 

I have 12 V to the switch, and have checked the transmission switches - The light on the switch does not come on. I have hooked 12 volts to the wires to the hub coils and they engage. I have put a new speedo on, and checke all the wires - I am at a loss for ideas - can anyone offer a suggestion?

 

stupid as it sounds, did you try pushing the override to make sure it wasnt srewing it up? sometimes it messes up and wont let it work in forward as well as rev.

 

I checked that circut too - it works through the sppedometer and the reverse switch
