I'm sure your wife will enjoy the new quad. I bought a 03 Polaris trailblazer so my wife and daughter don't have to share and they both still prefer the Phoenix.

You might look at a Yamaha Grizzly 125. Its an auto, light in weigh (315lbs) and very light in steering. It also pulls good for an 125. I am 6'2" at 250lbs and pulls me just fine. My daughter and wife love it.
