Default TB Cluch help

Hey i just took off my secondairy cluch spring that i got Rick Ritter....i took it off because i seemed to lose performance w/ it....i forget the settings i had it on but is there anybody that could help me w/ the settings so i can put it back in

Set it at 2-2 and preload it by turning 1/3 turn before pushing it down on the splines.

ok and the pre loading is gonna do what...and what is the spring exactly gonna do?

Default TB Cluch help

You have to have the spring loaded for the clutch to work.So that the clutch halves will open letting the belt go down in it and when you slow down the belt comes back to the top.
Preloading can be a 3 handed job if you havent done it before.

is it ok to go over 1/3 a turn for preloading?

It isnt nessecery.1/3 turn will get the hump on the helex over the ramp button.

Ok...i have been reading a bunch of forums about cluch weights....well i do not have any...or have stock ones...any ideas

Default TB Cluch help

Well, the stock weights are 16:43g or if above 6000 feet then 16:40g weights. That is the stock weights from the manual.
