Well you guys (or Gals) are indeed good. The link you sent me looks exactly like the pump I have,
and the part number is the same that is stamped on my pump. Much better to spend only a
hundred bucks.

Thanks very much, Dave

Default Help! Need fuel pump for 2006 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI

Hello,

This is what I found out. The link you gave me, sent me to a company called "Airtex" at the part number level (E8198).
Their application chart shows this pump to be for a Hyundai Sonata between the years of 1989-1992.
I went down to the local parts house and they had one the same day, out the door $110.00
I have the quad all back together. Now when I turn the key on I hear the familiar sound of the fuel pump pressuring up
and, and it starts and runs.
Thanks again for all your help.
Dave
