got a problem, when i touch run/stop switch,i lose all power to the machine. took it apart,kinda tricky putting it back together,,and cleaned the contacts ,etc.put it back together, and same thing, seems if you wiggle the switch,you'll get powerto the machine,if i touch switch after ,the machine quits.what do tou think it could be,the switch or the little circurt board,or other things. thanks

 

Are you sure you put it back together right!!!...I know from first hand these can be a real pain in the @ss!!!!!
You can trace the wire back and put a jumper in to fool the switch and go from there!!!!
Also make sure there is no dead short to ground(the steel frame or handle-bars)!!!....

I took a kill switch apart on a Snowmobile and forget putting that thing back together.........Caper
Bought a new one ...

 

i was wondering if i could by-pass the switch,would it screw up the lights or rev. overide?
