Thanx for the part no., do you know how long they are, or how much longer they are than the stock one.
I have an 06 500ho carb. I bought new, it came with the stock steel rims, (I had the dealer order a set of Executioner on vision rims), the 500ho efi comes stock with aluminum rims, I am just wondering, being there putting aluminum rims on some models, if they are putting the same length stud in all the new machines, cause when the axles are being built they don't know if there going to be going on a Carb. or an EFI model. If this is the case than mine might be the long ones.
I guess I can't say my dealer couldn't find any, he did look, and ordered the longest he could find but they where the same length, this is why I think they might be putting the same ones on all the new machines, mine just seem like they could be a little longer, so if you knew the length it would help. Thanx again.

 

toy, all he has to do is order the factory 800 (06') studs. they are about 3/8" longer theres about. trust me dont try to use the studs that come w/ the steel rim set up as you will pull threads and stripp them. not enough meat to hold when torquing.
