2000 500 Scrambler clutch on 1997 400 Scrambler?
Will it work? Currently has blue spring and "stock" weights. My buddy already bought one and wants to use it. I didn't have a clue and have come to you all for help. My concern was with engagement RPMs and power loss at that speed. I don't figure that the 2 stroke has enough low-end power to get anything done at the likely engage speeds of the clutch. Thanks.

Basicly the clutches will interchange but you will need to have the right springs and weights for the bike.
The 500 has a blue/green spring with 10WH (47gram)weights.The 400 has a white spring(plain with a white end)and S55 weights.THe 400 will not opperate good with the 500 parts.
