We recently bought a 2004 xingfu atv 250 cc from ebay. We are submitting an insurance claim to get the atv fixed since it was recently in an accident, and need to find a dealer or someone that will work on xingfu atvs in our area or get us a price list. Are you saying it was crashed when you bought it, or that you recently crashed it?

Good luck on fixing it? My guess is the insurance company will total it and give you what they think it's worth minus the deductable. It's their choice, they don't have to fix it, you're lucky to have insurance on a very obscure brand.

All brands need parts and service, that's why I bought a major brand from my local dealer.

 

See if you can see what, if anything, is stamped on the motor. Chances are, it's a rebadge of another brand.

Has the person you bought this from on Ebay been any help as far as locating parts?

 

we didnt buy it crashed, but crashed it after we bought it. the guy that we bought it from has no idea what or where to get parts because he found them in an abandoned building that he bought. about 30 of them. then after buying the building and everything in it, he sold them on ebay to us. he knows nothing about them. the insurance company wont pay us anything unless we have exact year make and model parts estimate for it. dont know where to go to even get that!

 

did you search the net for some info? ive never heard of that brand if its spelled right.
