Hey everybody, my name is Mike, I'm from Pittsburgh,PA. I'm new to this forum so I'd like to say hi to everyone. Anyway, for a while now, I've had a problem with my Sportsman 500. After it is running for around 5-10 minutes all the lights start flashing. Not the Speedometer, just the head and taillights. I've replaced the battery and wiggled every wire i could possible find and nothing has worked or stopped them from doing this. If it is idling, they flash slower than if you give it gas. I called an ATV shop and the Techs there said they have never had this problem. Has anybody here had the same problem or does anybody have any ideas on how I could go about fixing it?
