My front Suspension Acting up??? HELP

Both of my front strut Springs Make a terible squeeking noise when ever I go over a bump. I have tried wd 40 and washing it out. Has Any one had this problem and how do you fix it????

Mine used to do that too, Id spray WD40 on them at the top which helpled for a while. Actually, thats a problem that kinda cured itself, cause they havent done that in a long time.

At thew top of the struts there is a plastic peice that acts like a ball joint between the frame an the strut the only way to fix it for it to be gone for awhile would to be to grease it an for that you would have to take them apart

Thanks for the info I Know what you are talking about I saw that plastic peace when i was putting on my Lift Kit. And Pflect mine cured itself for a long time but just now came back. Very Inowing sound.

Just squirt some wd-40, or for a longer lasting squeak fighter, chain lube (with the little straw thingy) up on top of the strut. It helps to block up the front end so both wheels are off the ground. The chain lube that turns dry to the touch worked best for me as it doesn't attract dirt, and keeps it quiet for quite a while.

I use lithium grease in a spray can. I have disassembled mine to grease and that did not last any longer than spraing it. The only thing I can think of that might work better, is a high quality anti-sieze. That stuff will not wash off, and works like a lubricant. I have not tried it, but if I have to pull the strut for any other reason, I will do it and see how it works.
