Default Please Help!! 97 express 2 stroke

I bought this 4wheeler very cheap it never has ran properlly, but now it will not at all. When I try to start it it back fires out the back of the carb and even caught fire. I just had the carb rebuilt and it did not help at all, the float is working properllyand now have no idea what is wrong. It acts like it is out of time. I would be thankful for any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like its loading up.
I have had to replace the crank seals on several 250/300 this may be the problem.
Most of the time the seals are leaking the idle screw on the carb is all the way in and there having to ajust the idle by ajusting the throttle cable to get it to idle.
This means its sucking air some where like the crank seals.
Hope this helps good luck.
