Polaris dealer won't work on my old quad
Have you checked any private motorcycle repair places?
I can see why they would be hesitant, but not refuse. I would expect them to tell you to be ready the worst, because of rusty bolts and other things already mentioned. But still think they would want the business.
Sounds funny, but was surfing through Craigslist in my area for used quads, and saw a few ads for people that do repairs. Might be another place to look.

Polaris dealer won't work on my old quad
On my Snow machines and bike I just use the same mechanic. He just treats every machine like a bunch ot mechanical parts ,make and model does not matter to a person who knows his stuff. Rebiuld a Harley Davidson Engine or a weed whacker it,s all the same to him.
