Default 1999 scrambler 500 axle problems please help.

i got a 99 scrambler 500 4x4 and my carriers went out today. so i stopped by the dealer and picked up a set so i could ride tomorrow. well i finally get rippin and tearing and i get to the last step. remove axle nuts to pull axle.,..

how the F do you get it out???? the brake disc housing/mount and the sprocket mount on the axle have C clips which i removed. the housings move very little but wont let me slide them off. i sat there for 4 hours with 5 people help trying to figure this out. we tried everything. heat them up, 24" pipe wrenches "the axle has threads on them we thought you could break them loose no go..."

the carrier we loosened and spun around and put the dowel pin in to hold still while we tried to loosen this ****. but no luck.

how the hell do i get this axle out??? please reply or post picts/diagrams from a Manuel

thanks.

If you are having trouble getting the axle nuts off dont waist your time heating and beating just cut it off and replace it.

The axle nuts are less than $10 and save more than that in time and frustration.
you think Polaris bad try chaging the swingarm on an abused 400ex.I had to cut the swingarm bolt off in 2 places to get the swingarm out then heat the engine case hot cherry red to get the rest of the bolt and bushing out.

The spacer should come off after the snap ring is off.heat it a little and take a pry bar and pry it off the nut.
