Hey after being gone for a long time caught up in working on my car (BMW M3) im back to doin some work on my trailblazer i wanna remove the starter and the battery since they dont work so i figured if im gonna do this i may as well race lighten the flywheel. My question is will my lights still work if i remove all this stuff? I know there use to be talk about using a capicator do any of you guys do this? Thanks!

dont know about the blockoff (pretty sure it will tho) but the lights will work but when it is idlein, they will either go dead or be very very dim..the talk about the capacitor is probably to delay the dimming of the lights when you let off the throttle..give it a small storage of electricity to run the lights till you hit the gas again. i would imagine you could get about 3 seconds between letting off the gas and the lights dimming with a capacitor. makes a heck of a difference riding trails.
