I have a '95 425 magnum and was having 4wd problems too, it ended up being the gear selector switch- it supplys power thru the Fwd and Rev circuits to power up the AWD switch. I temporarily jumped past the gear switch to power up the AWD switch until I gathered up enough coin to replace the gear sel switch.
